University of British Columbia Dietetics Graduate
Master’s in Counselling Psychology
Elaine is a Registered Dietitian with a decade of experience providing evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Her areas of expertise include preventive health, weight management, diabetes, cholesterol management, digestive health, pregnancy nutrition, and sports nutrition. She also supports clients navigating emotional eating, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD.
Elaine believes that sustainable change goes beyond the science of food. Food is deeply connected to emotions, habits, culture, and identity, and lasting progress begins with understanding each person’s unique story. This perspective inspired her to deepen her practice by completing a master’s degree in counselling psychology.
By blending nutrition science with therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Elaine supports clients in making meaningful behavioural changes, healing their relationship with food, and building a more peaceful, joyful way of eating.

Elaine is a YouTuber, nutrition educator & speaker featured by TEDx West Vancouver 2026, CBC, OMNI TV, BC Living, Fairchild Radio, and Dietitians of Canada. Through her YouTube channel and media work, she makes complex nutrition science practical, clear, and actionable.

Food is powerful, but it’s also personal.
We believe that nourishing your body is one of the most meaningful acts of self-care. A healthy diet and balanced lifestyle are the foundation for preventing and managing many health concerns, but true wellness goes deeper than a meal plan. We take the time to truly listen. Together, we explore the root causes of your challenges and create personalized, sustainable solutions that support your whole well-being, not just short-term results.
When you eat well, your body has the tools it needs to heal. Balanced nutrition can help prevent chronic disease, improve energy, stabilize blood sugar, support digestion, elevate mood, and strengthen your immune system. And most importantly? Healthy food should be joyful, satisfying, and deeply enjoyable.
This isn’t about restriction. It’s about empowerment.
It’s about building habits that feel good and last.
Let’s begin your journey toward vibrant, lasting health together.
