Payment method:

E-transfer to Elaine Dietitian LTD at eatwell@elainedietitian.com or pay by credit card with extra 3% credit card processing fee. 

(Payment due within an hour after the appointment)

 

A receipt will be emailed to you after receiving your fund in 1 business day. 

 

In terms of insurance coverage, we will provide you a receipt at the end of each appointment and you can claim for the insurance if needed. You can contact your insurance provider for more details regarding your coverage.

 

Cancellation policy:

We understand unexpected things may come up. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
