Chocolate Chia Pudding is a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make afternoon snack that’s packed with nutrients. It’s rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants, making it a satisfying and guilt-free treat. Here’s a simple recipe to whip up this delightful snack:

Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seed

1 cup plain almond milk

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp nuts

Instructions

1. In a mason jar, add chia seed. Pour almond milk over. Mix them thoroughly. And let it sit for at least 20 minutes or in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

2. Add a layer of cacao powder on top of the chia seed pudding.

3. Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.

4. Mix everything. Enjoy!
