Initial Appointment $150

Initial appointment:
Elaine Dietitian will perform a thorough nutrition assessment and screening. This session includes collecting your diet history, general health, lifestyle, supplements and medications if any.

Follow up:
We will help you to meet your nutrition goals. You will receive:

Professional nutrition recommendations

Custom meal plans

Grocery shopping tips (healthy food choices)

Practical tips to start.​

Consultation notes may be provided (if applicable)

Package Services
（$500， $750, $990 or $1500）
*Terms and conditions for all the packages:

1. Nutrition Package & Comprehensive Package need to be completed within 3 months (from the initial appointment)
​
All-Inclusive Package has 4 months to complete the whole package.
​
VIP Package has 5 months to complete the whole package.
​
​2.The meal plans will be provided at the final appointment (except VIP and All-Inclusive package)
​
3.The package price needs to be paid in a lump sum at the initial appointment.
​
4. You will receive a receipt after each appointment.
​
5. Follow-up appointment is 30 minutes each in all packages; VIP package includes 2 x 40 minutes session in total.
